A nice alternative to the usual Pizza Pie =) A lot of my friends have enjoyed this, it is fairly quick and easy to prepare, so I figured it was worthy of sharing! Preparation time approx. 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients
- Your favorite empty pie crust – I like either DiGornio (prefer) or Trader Joes (for the price)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- Basil
- Pizza Sauce (Trader Joe’s)
- a Dash of Salt
- a Dash of Oregano
- Olive Oil (for pizza crust edges)
Steps
Preheat Oven to 420 degrees
- Pre-Heat Oven to 420 Degrees.
- Use 1 teaspoons of Olive Oil and brush on edge of crust.
- For Trader Joe’s crust I use about 2 Tablespoons of Pizza Sauce and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle evenly dash of Salt and Oregano (1/4 teaspoon of each).
- 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- 10-20 Basil Leafs (I actually ran out in the picture above)
- 1/3 Cup of Feta Cheese
- Place in oven for 10 Minutes when 420 Degrees is reached
Soft Crust = 10 Minutes
Slightly Crispy = 12 Minutes
Crispy = 14+ Minutes
Takes about 5-10 minutes of prep time + Cook time.
I hope you enjoy it – always love to hear new spins and ideas (if you care to share!) Thanks! =)
