This is another tasty, but quite hot Salsa. Pretty quick to make BUT –
If you DO NOT LIKE HEAT = DO NOT ENGAGE!
Great for HOT WINGS as a Marinade and/or Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 Peaches (peeled & chopped)
- 50g (or) about 4 Habanero Peppers
- 50g (or) 1/3 Cup of Finely Chopped White Onion
- 20g (or) 2-3 Large Garlic cloves Chopped Fine
- ½ cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation
- Dice peaches into sugar cube sized bits.
- Chop up Habanero, Onion, Garlic Cloves (very fine)
- Mix together in Pan add Brown Sugar
- Add Apple Cider Vinegar
- Bring to a light Boil – then turn down and Simmer for 20-30 Minutes
- Let it rest for approx. 10 minutes
- Process in Food Processor or Blender
