KASH’s Habanero Peach Sweet Heat

This is another tasty, but quite hot Salsa. Pretty quick to make BUT –
If you DO NOT LIKE HEAT = DO NOT ENGAGE!
Great for HOT WINGS as a Marinade and/or Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Peaches (peeled & chopped)
  • 50g (or) about 4 Habanero Peppers
  • 50g (or) 1/3 Cup of Finely Chopped White Onion
  • 20g (or) 2-3 Large Garlic cloves Chopped Fine
  • ½ cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Dice peaches into sugar cube sized bits.
  2. Chop up Habanero, Onion, Garlic Cloves (very fine)
  3. Mix together in Pan add Brown Sugar
  4. Add Apple Cider Vinegar
  5. Bring to a light Boil – then turn down and Simmer for 20-30 Minutes
  6. Let it rest for approx. 10 minutes
  7. Process in Food Processor or Blender
