The quick and easy ham & pineapple is always one of my first pizzas devoured. This recipe is relatively quick taking approx. 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients
- Your favorite empty pie crust – I like either DiGornio ( prefer ) or Trader Joe’s ( for the price ) – Trader Joe’s was used in this picture.
- Olive Oil (for crust edges)
- Traders Joes Pizza Sauce
- Dash of Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Dash of Oregano (1/4 teaspoon)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Ham
- Pineapple (I used canned chunks)
Steps
- Pre-Heat Oven to 420 Degrees.
- Use 1 teaspoons of Olive Oil and brush on edge of crust.
- For Trader Joe’s crust I use about 2 Tablespoons of Pizza Sauce and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle evenly dash of Salt and Oregano (1/4 teaspoon of each).
- 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- Slice or Tear up ham and distribute evenly (approx 2-3 slices)
- Place the right amount of pineapple (for you) evenly about the pizza
- Place in oven for 10 Minutes when 420 Degrees is reached
Soft Crust = 10 Minutes
Slightly Crispy = 12 Minutes
Crispy = 14+ Minutes
Takes about 5-10 minutes of prep time + Cook time
I hope you enjoy it – always love to hear new spins and ideas (if you care to share!) Thanks! =)
